I am trying to translate the phrase : The veil between the worlds

(which is thinnest at Samhain). So here is my stab at it and I would appreciate corrections!

An brat idir na saolta.

(I chose brat instead of the other words for veil because of the link with Brat Bhríde).

Yes, that is why I asked here. Those two dictionary entries give about 10 different words that could be used for "veil". I was hoping that someone fluent could help with this... and since I am interested in learning, I also made an attempt at translating myself.

There is the entry: ar an saol úd eile... Beyond the veil. But this doesn't use the word "veil" and, if I am translating correctly, it says more like "on another world".

I suppose we don't have a tradition of using veils maybe that's why it's not a common word.

"Caille" is in the dictionary. Although maybe that's more used for how occasionally the placenta sac membrane stays over the baby's head and face. It's supposed to be good luck or maybe it's bad luck lol- or I could be thinking of something else altogether.
Anyhow it has the semi-transparent thin meaning of a veil in English. So I'd go with that.
