Inquiring for a friend, who want to incorporate this into a bit of artwork.

I keep tossing an option involving "mórán" around, but I'm not sure of the rule regarding an adjective preceding a noun in the genitive.

You can say "Foraois na n-iomad gcrann", in literary Irish.

Mórán isn't an adjective, it is a noun. But I wouldn't use it in genitive.
What about a preposition like le?

An choill le mórán crann

An choill lena lán crann

you'd use the genitive plural of "crann" in both.
