Translation of campaign slogan "Pesticides? No thanks!"

Hi there,

I tried to translate into Gaelic the slogan of our anti-pesticides campaign from Germany "Ackergifte? Nein danke!". It translates into English as "Pesticides? No thanks!". The noticeable analogy to the smiling-sun slogan "Nuclear power? No thanks!" is intended and has been licensed to our campaign by the Danish proprietor of the smiling sun.

Now, this is my go at translating it:

"Lotnaidicídí? Uafás!"

Is this correct and understandable Gaelic?

For - no thanks - I suggest: Ní maith linn, or - Níl maith ann, or - Is olc atá ann. But wait for confirmation from the others.

Táim i gcoinne marbhthóir míolra [ I oppose pesticide ]

Does "marbhthóir míolra" refer exclusively to unwanted animals, or can it also apply to weeds? It should be a term that covers both animals and plants and that is not a euphemism along the lines of "plant protection products". Would "lotnaidicídí" be the standard translation for "pesticides"?

Lotnaid means a harmful insect, ie a pest - míolra - means vermin, a weedkiller is fiailicíd or fiailnimh and another word for vermin killer is - cuilnimh. Nimh means poison.

You need something pithy -the formal ways won't cut it.

It will have to be something like: apply/use pesticides? No way/not a chance!

Cuir lotnaidicíd air? Dóigh ar bith!

or ('using pesticides? no way!)

[ag)] Úsáid Lotnaidicídí? Dóigh ar bith!

In the first, it is not clear what the 'it' is that the chemicals are being put onto (I guess the ground)
