Ar díol/le díol and ar lascaine (reduction)
I have never seen
díol used to express 'reduction in prices', usually
díol is restricted to the 'act of selling' itself.
ar díol/ le díol 'for sale/ to be sold'
Sladmhargadh is what is usually seen on signs in Irish to denote 'Sale', i.e. reduction in prices.

Margadh- on its own is usually "market". But you can use it in context to mean bargain -- fuair mé margadh maith.
