Yep. Or perhaps "Tigh Trá."

I wonder if it would work better with the article? "Teach/Tigh na Trá" (?)

I'd leave out the "house" and just say "beside the beach".

As cliché as it sounds... I was going to suggest exactly that. a literal translation of beach house doesn't sound quote as natural in Irish.

I agree that this sounds MUCH better. Teach trá might be correct literally, but 'Cois trá' sounds much better.
