Not meaning to be critical, but "embraced together" doesn't quite sound right in English, and you might be confusing it with the expression "entwined together". In any case, here's a suggestion for an Irish expression with the basic intent of what you want:
Ceangailte le chéile i solas ÍosaJoined [
or bound] together in the light of Jesus
