By a crazy twist of circumstances Meaití Jo, a native speaker from na hAille in Cois Fharraige and accomplished sean-nós singer, has been staying with me since last Saturday. The improvement I have gotten has been just amazing. I've recorded a few conversations and will upload them as soon as I am able. He's very passionate about the language and I've been so excited I can barely sleep. Next week I'll update you all with details of the adventure.

If only you could have got him into bed; I heard that's where the real learning happens ;)
