Also how would you pronounce Dh'athraíos with a Gh sound at the beginning ?

I think I'd be tempted to just say "Bhog mé go teach eile sa chathair."

so 'Bhog mé chuig teach eile (sa chathair)'. For moving house, I usually say, 'ag bogadh tí'.
