I apologize if this was already posted, I searched and didn't see anything. I was wanting to get "Let go and let God" in Gaelic tattooed. Could someone help me with a translation? I've seen a few different ones on different sites so I'm trying to get a consensus. Thanks

Before anyone offers a suggestion, can we presume that you want it translated to Irish and not Scottish Gaelic?

A big problem with this one (which was a fairly common request on the old site) is that the sentence doesn't make a lot of sense in English, which makes it especially hard to translate properly. We're going to have to paraphrase it.

Also, sully, if you've seen this on other sites, please tell us what you've found, so we can tell you why they may or may not be problematic. Comparison is NOT a reliable way to get a translation in a language you don't speak.
