Damn it you just distracted me with your Vanilla Sky train.
I started reading about it, then light rail transit systems, the public transport in general, the Bus rapid transit before I remembered I was supposed to be studying. Bloody Wikipedia and its endless links .

I find it hard now when I read a book and their is no link to describe and interesting aspect in more detail.

I think Djwebb recently posted a link to a video by youtube channel LearnRealGaeilge. Anyway, another video from the same channel has a map of Irish dialects that encompasses the whole country. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pmvFVSqHinU at 49 seconds.

That's the first time I've seen the whole country mapped out by dialect.
