Treating the words amárach, inné, etc., as nouns (FGB s. indec), I think we need to use the copula here:

Ní amárach é agus ní inné é "It isn't 'tomorrow' and it isn't 'yesterday'"

Ní amárach ná inniu ná inné é "It isn't 'tomorrow' or 'today' or 'yesterday'"

But wait for confirmation or correction of that ...
