Irish team lost is a bit of an understatement! Try absolutely destroyed. The French should really stop kicking the ball away, its not the French style. Where's the champaigne rugby that ye are so famed for gone? Sant André needs to get his act together!

I may have grown up in the States, namely the South, but all of this is entirely reminiscent of my childhood.

"Ma, I don't feel well,"... was inevitably followed up with a glass of 7Up, no matter what the actual ailment was. :p

And the boiling thing? Yeah, I was fortunate, because my mother couldn't handle anything boiled from her days eating her mother's cooking which consisted, almost singularly, of boiled [insert any food item].
