Beginning of Genesis 12:3

Beidh mo bheannact ar an muintir a churfidh beannacht ort. Beidh mo mhallacht ar an muintir a chuirfidh mallacht ort.

This to me looks like:
"My blessing shall be on the people who put their blessing upon you. My curse shall be upon the people who put their curse upon you"

Is this right? I just find it interesting that we use the future of "to be" when expressing the blessing/curse in the first part of each sentence, but then in the second part the verb we use is the future of "put". Is there a reason for this?

Also, side question not related to title? How do I pronounce coinním, as in:
"agus coinním suas le mo rheas láimh bhuach thú"
(from the end of Isaiah 41:10)

Thanks in advance!!

I believe that one way to describe this is that the first part of each sentence uses a more passive (not to say that it is passive) form of voice, i.e. 'my blessing will be on ...' without specifically stating 'me' as the subject that will be blessing the people.

coinním has multiple different pronunciations, depending on dialect.

In Munster it's something close to /kwi-NYEEM/ (without the English w-glide after the k)
In Connacht it's something close to /KWI-nyeem/ (without the English w-glide after the k)
In Ulster it can either be like /KWI-nyeem/ in Connacht or like /KWI-nyim/ (with a short i sound) (without the English w-glide after the k)

First vowel in Ulster is rather o, in Connacht u.

Your translation isn't quite right. It's absolutely the gist of what's being said here, but if you're interested in accuracy while you're learning Irish, there are no plural possessive pronouns used in the Irish. Therefore, the correct translation is closer to:

My blessing will be upon the people who put a blessing upon you. My curse will be upon the people who put a curse upon you.

Of course, if you want to translate purely idiomatically, then this would be a more natural English way to express what is being said:

My blessing will be upon the people who bless you. My curse will be upon the people who curse you.
