Hello! Wisdom of Sirach is not found in An Bíobla Naofa or any other translation I can find online. However, it is definitely a legit holy book, it was in the Septuagint as well as the Vulgate.

Sirach 31:19-20
How small an amount is sufficient for a man with discipline!
Healthy sleep depends on moderate eating,
And he rises early and in good spirits;
But the distress of sleeplessness, nausea, and indigestion are with the glutton.

My studies in Irish are from "Teach Yourself Irish", which focuses on the Munster Dialect. However, when I pick scripture to memorize I don't really care too much what dialect it's in.
