Great find! What do you think of the quality of the translation? I want to get this bound as a book, but the fact there are over 5000 pages is a bit of a deterrent.

It is just a word for word thing, without showing the tenses or anything. It could help someone understand.

It is made by Google Translate and translated verbatim badly.

First two lines:

Chuir is not "the" but "put" - or in context "took"
Sé is "he" (a male person in context) not "it"
The phrase ar shiúl for "away" is OK, but literally it is "on walk" - not "on away"
a is the relative particle ("[the horses] which/that") not "to"
don "to the" ("to" is omitted in translation)
isteach go It's "into to" not "in that". Go is a preposition here (to) not a conjunction (that)

For more specific words like "tíolactha" it might be useful to find "submitted" directly beneath but for a good understanding some knowledge of the language is required.
("The it on away" only leads astray)
