OMG. Thank you SO much dj, especially for the audio links! I will do my very best not to butcher them. I do speak passable Russian and Spanish, and a smattering of German. So I am not COMPLETELY linguistically challenged.

Hi,
I am currently learning to play guitar and the Saw Doctors are one of my all-time favs. It's a tad difficult to hear Brid Dooley's pronunciation of this passage on "Share the Darkness":
Ta an dorachadas ag teacht anuas
Tar abhaile liom a gra.
Ta an dorachadas ag teacht anuas
Tar abhaile liom
Can anyone provide a guide to pronounce (e.g. EYE-rish MYU-zik)?
Many thanks in advance!
Kh is the sound in Scottish "loch" or German "Bach" or the Spanish "j".
Gh is the voiced equivalent of that. You can hear native speaker Bríd Eilís use this sound in the word "dhuit" at
https://forvo.com/word/dhuit/#gaTá an dorchadas ag teacht anuas
Tahn DOrakhadus a tyakht aNUas
Tar abhaile liom, a ghrá
tar aVAHlyi lyum, a ghrah
You can listen to "a ghrá" at
https://forvo.com/word/a_ghr%C3%A1/#ga, but only listen to Brendan's pronunciation. The other one is not by a good speaker.
For "abhaile", listen to Carmanach at
