I was hoping someone could help me with the translation for "I am because they are" which is a variation of the Ubuntu saying - I am because you are.

The closest I can find is - is ann dom ós ann dóibh. What are everyone's thoughts?

Yes, that's fine (if you're still interested). Where did you "find" it? Ó(s) actually means 'since' but it's close enough. I suppose it was chosen for the symmetry. The version by djwebb is an alternative way of saying it.
