OK maybe that's what it's meant to mean. I think "ar dheis" has no suggestion of motion "to the right", and can only mean "on the right". But it may not have been drawn up as a slogan by native speakers.

This is the English translation that the group has accepted. It's not meant to mean motion. "To" sounds more definite than "on", more militarist, which I would expect.
