Hello everyone, just a question on the word eilit. From what I have read, and google tells me, this word means doe - a female deer, ray, a dro... just me signing there? Excuse the bad joke. But serious question, is eilit the correct Irish translation for the english word doe? Also, is it spelled without a fada or should it be spelled eílít? Also, is there any connotations in regards to eilit, or is it just literally doe, that's all it means. Thank you in advance for any replies!
