Can someone give me a good idea how to pronounce this word "láithreach"?

That's exactly where I was, and the sound bites are very confusing. I realize that there are different dialects, but the one to use is a mystery.

All the dialects are equal, and correct. I think it's better to choose one dialect and stick with that.

Personally I'd put a helping vowel in there.
