someone said "Is fearr déanach ná ró-dhéanach" was a common seanfhocal meaning "better late than never". but I couldn't find any mention of it on the internet. Obviously I know the Irish is correct but I just want to know if it is a common/traditional saying or was it just someone translating from English to Irish. So have any of you heard of it before?

I'm locking this thread, because it's a duplicate.
