Foras na Gaeilge have packs of cards available printed as Gaeilge - the jack is called - An Cuileata and the joker is - Fear na gCrúb.
On the packet it says - Is leatsa an imirt, agus is leatsa labhairt na teanga!
Beir bua! Tapaigh an deis do chuid Gaeilge a scaipeadh fad 's atá tú ag scaipeadh na gcártaí.
There are also two cards of Roinnt Nathanna Úsáideacha
1 Tabhair dom cárta amháin/dhá chárta/trí chárta
2 Cé leis an imirt?
3 Cén mámh atá ann?
4 Cé a chuir amach iad?
5 Tá na cártaí seo lofa!
6 Dá bhfeicfeá mo lámh!
7 Ní féidir leat ceilt!
You can also get a pack of Cártaí Imeartha Ceilteacha from An Spailpín Fánach which are beautifully designed - they give Rí, Bean, Laoch and Bard as equivalents of King, Queen, Jack and Joker but unfortunately in the picture the cards shown there are in English.
Elsewhere I have found some beautiful examples of Irish playing cards here
http://www.wopc.co.uk/ireland/baird.htmlhttp://www.wopc.co.uk/ireland/index.html - Dechtire Design - neither of which are in print but the artist Rachel Arbuckle has created these, but again not as Gaeilge unfortunately -

http://www.anclub.ie used to have a pdf file on how to play Céad is a Deich, but I can't find it - perhaps someone could ask them for it.
