Thank you in advance for the help.

From the Van Morrison song, Crazy Love, I need help translating the title "Crazy Love" and some of the lyrics "give me love" and "Take away my trouble, take away my grief
Take away my heartache, in the night like a thief"

Thank you!!!

Hmmm...for the title, we may need some clarification as to what is meant by "crazy." Are we talking "insane," "unexpected," "unconventional," etc.? (Not nitpicking here...it's just that "crazy" in English can have a lot of different meanings).

Give me love: Tabhair grá dom

For the last line, you do realize it won't rhyme, or scan like the original, yes?

Wait for more.

Hey Redwolf,

Thank you for the reply and the help! Crazy as in extremely enthusiastic. Also, it's ok if the translation for the longer lines don't rhyme...they have special meaning to me and I would like the translation to be genuine.

Grá Craiceáilte "Crazy Love"

Tabhair dom grá "Give me love"

For "Take away my trouble, take away my grief
Take away my heartache, in the night like a thief"

Perhaps:

Bain díom mo bhuaireamh, bain díom mo chumha
Bain díom mo bhriseadh croí, san oíche mar a dhéanfadh gadaí

Await further input ...
