I can never seem to be able to recall numbers either, but seemingly that's the way the world is going with online banking and the new postcode system at the moment.
1. When you log in, go to the top right hand corner of the screen, you'll see a list of options: click
user control panel2. look at the left hand side of the screen; you should see the header
options-
profile should be listed as one of the options: click
profile.
3. Now under the header
options, you should see
edit account settings, choose
edit account settings.
4. Under the heading
edit account settings (middle of the screen), you should be given the option to
change your password.
5. Submit
In Short,
1. user control panel > 2. profile > 3. edit account settings > submit
Tip, open ILF on two tabs. Leave one of the tabs open on this thread and use the other tab to change your password. That way you won't have to write things down or go back and forth trying to remember the steps.
