I find myself in one of those senior moments where my brain refuses
to click into gear. I want to change my password from the temporary
numerical one to something I can remember easily.Help!

I can never seem to be able to recall numbers either, but seemingly that's the way the world is going with online banking and the new postcode system at the moment.

1. When you log in, go to the top right hand corner of the screen, you'll see a list of options: click user control panel

2. look at the left hand side of the screen; you should see the header options- profile should be listed as one of the options: click profile.

3. Now under the header options, you should see edit account settings, choose edit account settings.

4. Under the heading edit account settings (middle of the screen), you should be given the option to change your password.

5. Submit

In Short,

1. user control panel > 2. profile > 3. edit account settings > submit

Tip, open ILF on two tabs. Leave one of the tabs open on this thread and use the other tab to change your password. That way you won't have to write things down or go back and forth trying to remember the steps.

Cian
