What podcasts would you recommend for someone brushing up on their irish for the first time since leaving cert? I'm interest primarily in Connacht Irish. At the moment I list to Cruinneog on RnaG.

Would recommend : Iris Aniar
Ardtráthnóna
Adhmhaidin
''Adhmhaidin" is excellent in that they cover news from all over Ireland with a mixture of the various dialects. If you have an Ipad or Ipad Touch you can have any of these podcasts downloaded automatically every day and can listen to them off-line, whether in the car or sitting in some office.
Incidentally, if you are brushing up, a good application on grammar is "Irish Grammar". Good value for $3.99
