I am wondering if anyone has ever seen Fáilte Ireland (the Irish tourist board) ever use Irish or promote Irish in any way?

I have been on the look-out for a while, but have yet to see any evidence that they think it is worthy of a mention anywhere. I am hoping that I am missing it and that it is there. I went to their website and typed in Irish language (after getting nowhere with Gaeilge) and this is what came up! http://www.failteireland.ie/utility/sea ... de=anyword :bash:

Anyone seen anything I haven't?

Cosc iomlán ar an nGaeilge ina measc siúd... déan iarracht ár dteanga a úsáid leis an dream sin agus feicfidh tú gur beag fáilte a chuirfear roimh lucht a labhartha ach an oiread...

Relatively little, it seems. However, I did read about this last year... http://blog.bandbireland.com/2012/04/blaiseadh-gaeltachta-a-gaeltacht-experience-within-bbs-in-gaeltacht-areas-of-ireland/

Sin suimiúil. Grma. Is mór an trua é nach úsáideann siad níos mó Gaeilge.
