Perhaps:

Éireoidh an ghrian do chuid bruanna a mhaolú. "The sun will rise to lighten your bruises."

Await correction or confirmation ...

"The sun will rise and [it will] fade your bruises"

Éireoidh an ghrian agus maoleoidh (???) sí do chuid bruanna.

Éireoidh an ghrian agus teilgfidh sí do chuid bruanna.

I'm not sure which verb is better.
But I think we need to connect the sun and the bruises directly.

It is recommended that you always wait for three to agree on a translation.
I speak Connemara Irish, and my input will often reflect that.
I will do an mp3 file on request for short translations.

In that case:

Éireoidh an ghrian agus maolóidh sí do chuid bruanna.

Éireoidh an ghrian agus teilgfidh sí do chuid bruanna.

teilgfear perhaps? More succinct and accurate I think. I'm not sure if that's the right spelling though. Same logic for maolóidh...maolfar.

Perhaps a little off track, but maybe also:

Is maith an leigheas ar do chuid gortuithe é éirí na gréine.
