In alt i 2005 (tá fhios agam - ársa go maith!) scríobh forbróir cluiche amháin, David Braben, go bhfuil ardchaighdeán léiriúcháin sroichte: tá samhail an tsaoil réadúil cruthaithe ach “The Holy Grail we are looking for in fifth generation gaming is the ability to have freedom, and to have truly open ended stories.” http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/4553620.stm

In an article in 2005 (I know - ancient history) one game developer, David Braben, wrote that a high standard of production has been reached: very lifelike [games] have been achieved but “The Holy Grail we are looking for in fifth generation gaming is the ability to have freedom, and to have truly open ended stories.” http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/4553620.stm

An rud is aistí faoi Minecraft ansin ná go bhfuil na graificí bunúsach. An-bhunúsach. Tá siad blocach, tá an pailéad srianta go maith ach is cuma don imreoir mar má shocraíonn sé nó sí ar teaichín deich n-urlár le díon tuí a chruthú, thig leis.

The strangest thing about Minecraft is how very basic the graphics are. They are blockish. The palette is fairly limited. Regardless (?) If the player decides on a ten story house with a thatched roof, he can.

That last sentence could be written better.
The punctuation in that article leaves a lot to be desired too.

It is recommended that you always wait for three to agree on a translation.
I speak Connemara Irish, and my input will often reflect that.
I will do an mp3 file on request for short translations.

Níl srian ar bith leis an tsamhlaíocht ann. Sin an rud a tharraingíonn ar ais arís is arís eile iad. Sin an fáth go bhfuil an-spéis ag oideachasóirí sa chluiche seo.

No limits are imposed on the imagination in it. That is what draws them back time and again. That is why educators have a very particular interest in this game.

Inár dteach tá neart uirlísí aibhléise idir uirlísí iOS agus ríomhairí.

We have plenty of electrical tools at home between iOS (internet over satellite) and computers.
(I believe here the article is speaking of 'electronic' tools!! The Irish, I believe, should be 'uirlisí leictreonacha' rather than 'uirlisí aibhléise' which for me conjures up images of vacuum cleaners, washing machines, and other household appliances or tools run on electricity.)
