Iarracht amháin dom:

Fágann an bás crá croí ina dhiadh nach bhfuil leigheas dó ag éinne,
Fágann an grá cuimhní ina dhiaidh nach bhuil ar a gcumas ag éinne iad a ghoid

I know it doesn't have the same rhyming effect as the English, but that's not really a problem for the person who wants the quote.
For 'no one', I chose 'éinne' over 'duine ar bith', not really sure why. I suppose for the length of the translation it works better but I don't know if 'éinne' is preferable.

I'm sure ye'll have some improvements and ideas?

kokoshneta and I came up with the following version way back when:

Ní féidir crá an bháis a shlánú;
Ní féidir cuimhne an ghrá a bhánú.

"The sorrow of death can’t be healed;
The memory of love can’t be erased."

It is not literal but I think it gets the gist. (Mostly kokoshneta's hard work with a little tweak by me.)

What you think of adding 'croí', as in:
Ní féidir crá croí an bháis a shlánú
Ní féidir cuimhne an ghrá a bhánú' ?

It doesn't really upset the nice rhythm you have there because 'crá croí' and 'cuimhne' both have two syllables? It's just I want to say 'heartbreak' rather than 'sorrow'.

I don't think it would be a problem but crá croí an bháis might need confirming by other speakers as double genitives are one of my weak points.
