Cool word. I first came across it in 'Dora the Explorer' on TG4. In English Dora says' Swiper, don't swipe' and in Irish, the multilingual Dora says, 'Sciobadh ná sciob!' Not sure of spelling for the Irish for Swiper.

Sciobaí, Sciobaire, Sciobadóir might all be possible way I'd say, as Bríd said, ach chun na fírinne a rá, ní aontaím leis an ndlí i nDora. Tá a lán bithiúntais déanta ag an Sciobadóir agus ní cuirtear i mbraighdeanas é, níl aon dabht ná go bhfuil ana-dhlíodóir aige.
