Jay Bee's final couple of sentences begs the question, what's the format here? Are we talking about an FAQ style of post? Do we want to make this a collaborative document (like an MS Word document) where you would have simultaneous authoring, commenting, document versioning etc?
Personally I think the most difficult piece is going to be pronunciation. That alone might require a lot of discussion before we produce something.
I think a collaborative document would probably be best. Personally, I was going to leave pronunciation for the end, and work mainly on the written language, and where it diverges from the standard. However, the dialectal literary tradition is nowhere as strong (at least from what I can see) as it is in Munster, so this might not be the best approach. As for speech, I'm sure we could find something. It seems there's plenty of resources; it's just getting our hands on them.
