Yes I pronounce it with that v at the end. I do with "Dubh" too and other "bh" ending words. But I have often heard the other pronunciations locally too.

Like Ben said it depends on where in Connemara you are. There are a lot of subtle differences between Ceantar na nOileáin, Iorras Aithneach, and Cois Fharraige. And they marry into each others communities so it's not surprising you will find the different pronunciations in the same areas.
