All of them are good, a lot depends on the tone of voice when said

I would simply say "Bí ciúin"...or perhaps, in the more Zen-like way, "Bí suaimhneach." Either can mean "Be silent" as in "Be tranquil."

If you literally want silence, so that you can contemplate/meditate, I would say "Bí ciúin".
Like Braoin said, in Irish, if somebody wants you to shut-up they'll probably say something else

It is more like I am telling myself to shut up! :D
...But in that "Keep your trap shut so you don't get yourself in trouble/be more mindful" kind of way.

I have gotten the following in the other forum:

Téigh chun ciúnais

I am making a framed piece to hang over the door in my office to remind me of this approach as I go to meetings and the like!

What you have there doesn't work, in any case. It means "Go to silent," and "ciúnas" is misspelled.

I don't think it means what is intended but it is gramatically correct and parallels the pattern:

dul chun donais literally "go to the bad" "get worse". Chun takes the genitive.

This was my first thought also.

Following on from the suggestion - Bí i do thost, may I suggest, especially if it's a slogan that's to be posted up in an office - Is binn béal ina thost - which is the equivalent of -silence is golden. Could you say something like - keep your own counsel to yourself or be discreet?
