Actually, that's the version I learned in 'Now you're talking' - Cé chomh fada is atá tú ag foghlaim (na) Gaeilge?.

I said in my answer to Redwolf's post that sometimes "Cá fhad is atá ..." is heard, but now I'm pretty sure I was confusing the two versions and I mistakenly sneaked in yon is from the Cé chomh fada version.
