Good idea redwolf. Bríd, d'imigh na madraí :( ach bhí Gaeilge maith ag Molly, ní thig sí an Bhéarla go maith :)

@ Saoirse the kids will be get more than enough Irish (briste) growing up from me, we have an understanding that they will speak Irish when alone with me and English with her (after reading the Comhludar website a few months ago that thats the best way in bilingual families). I have her hooked on Ros na Rún so I am getting somewhere :)

She's more on board than many. You'll have bilingual vows at the altar by the sounds of it! When you are speaking to children in Irish, she won't be able to help picking a lot up. And then you end up in the family Gaeltacht experience in Donegal and Comhluadar events. viewtopic.php?f=28&t=763

You're sorted! :nail:

It is recommended that you always wait for three to agree on a translation.
I speak Connemara Irish, and my input will often reflect that.
I will do an mp3 file on request for short translations.

tithe nua, bhí muid croí briste ach ní raibh an landlord sásta, dúirt an estate agent nuair a bhí muid a fheiceáil ar an teach 'tá na peataí ceart go leor'. tháinig an landlord thart lá amháin agus chonaic sé na madraí is an ghairdín agus ní raibh sé sásta ar chor ar bith! léigh muid an conradh tar éis sin agus dúirt sé "níl peata ar bith". Bhí fearg orainn ach shinigh muid an conradh gan léamh so d'imigh siad.
