How do you express possession in Gaelige? Is "to have" a regular verb? How is it conjugated?

Thanks!

"To have" is "to be at"
Tá teach agam. - I have a house (Is house at-me)

tá ... agam - I have (is ... at-me)
tá ... agat - thou hast (is ... at-thee)
tá ... aige - he has (is ... at-him)
tá ... aici - she has (is ... at-her)
tá ... againn - we have (is ... at-us)
tá ... agaibh - ye have (is ... at-you)
tá ... acu - they have (is ... at-them)

This is one of the many features of the Irish language that appears to English speaker. There is literally no word in Irish for "to have".
As Labhrás explains above, instead of saying "Someone has something" you say "Something is at someone".
